1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Najjera Car Rescue's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Najjera Car Rescue provides mobile roadside assistance services including:

  • Flat tyre repair and replacement
  • Jump start services
  • Emergency fuel delivery
  • Battery replacement
  • Other emergency roadside assistance

3. Service Area

Our services are available in Najjera, Kiwatule, Bulabira, Buwaate, and Kulambiro. Services outside these areas may be subject to additional charges or availability.

4. Response Time

We aim to respond to all emergency requests within 10-15 minutes. Response times may vary based on:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Location accessibility
  • Current service demand

5. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are as follows (subject to change):

  • Flat Tyre Repair/Change: UGX 10,000 - 15,000
  • Tyre Change: UGX 10,000 - 20,000
  • Jump Start: UGX 15,000 - 25,000
  • Fuel Delivery: UGX 5,000 (service fee) + fuel cost
  • Battery Swap: Varies based on battery cost
  • Night Premium (after 8:00 PM): Additional UGX 5,000 - 10,000

Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash and mobile money payments.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate location information
  • Ensuring safe access to the vehicle
  • Having necessary spare parts (e.g., spare tyre) when applicable
  • Payment upon service completion

7. Limitations of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The location is unsafe or inaccessible
  • The vehicle requires services beyond our capabilities
  • Payment cannot be processed
  • The customer is abusive or threatening

8. Liability

Najjera Car Rescue is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
  • Damage caused by customer negligence
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Consequential or indirect damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel service requests. If our technician has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
